We call our style of cooking "fresh products cuisine" concentrating on herbs and spices and with daring flavours. Our cuisine focuses on skilful, inventive and tasty compositions of everyday staples rather than on luxury products. Any primary product - be it lobster, "weeds" wild herbs, potatoes, salt or oil - deserves to be used and treated with the utmost care.
